Zola: A Wedding Website Recommendation
I have previously written a blog recommending some of the apps that I believe to be the most helpful when planning your big day! While the old-fashioned method, everything done by hand, is a tried-and-true way of planning a wedding there are a plethora of digital applications and websites that have been created to provide as much assistance as possible.
Now some of these apps and websites can be a bit hit or miss; and while you’d find most helpful for one thing or another it’s hard to find one that does everything, especially for free. Hard but not impossible. In fact, the website I’m going to recommend for you to check out is one that KHP couples have used and loved!
Zola is a free-to-use, all-in-one wedding website and when I say all-in-one I mean it! They provide you with an incredible number of resources and there are so many options for you to truly customize your wedding-planning experience!
They have an overview page where you can view a plethora of information for both pre and post wedding, including a gift tracker, thank you cards, newly wed advice and much, much more! The ‘Your Wedding’ page includes an overview of your wedding details, registry, save-the-dates, guest list and RSVP tracker, your wedding website, and vendor and venue information! The ‘shop’ drop down menu allows you to add, view and track your registry items. From that same menu you can view stationery for all your wedding needs, make a custom wedding album or grab any wedding boutique accessories that your heart desires! Finally, the ‘plan’ drop down menu will show you all the information you need to plan your big day to its fullest! From vendor and venue options, website design and recommendations, guest list and RSVP information, honeymoon planning, expert advice and real-life wedding inspiration the ‘plan’ menu could not make planning your wedding any easier!
One of things that I really like about Zola is that they don’t stop caring about you after the big day is over. They offer a huge amount of help once you’ve gotten married! You can easily track, order, replace and return gifts, create albums, order thank you cards and so much more!
Another great thing about using Zola is that you can create a fully customized registry that includes gifts from almost any and every store you can think of. From Amazon to Target, they allow you to not only shop but add links to the items you want if you can’t find them on their website! They also give you a 20% post-wedding discount so that if you receive money for Zola’s store you make it go a little bit further!
To be honest I’m barely scratching the surface with this blog on how awesome Zola is! There are so many ways to make your wedding day truly special with the help of this website! Obviously, my opinions are my own, I didn’t get sponsored by Zola to write this recommendation.
