For those of you who are about to have your engagement shoot, but don’t have a clue what to wear, never fear! I, Kate Holt have searched high and low and have come across some general “rules” for choosing an engagement session outfit! Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be releasing blogs as a part of this new series on “how to choose your engagement session outfit”! So, buckle up, cause we’re jumping right in!
The Do’s and Don’ts
When it comes to your engagement session, you’re going to want to look amazing! As your photographer, that’s exactly what I want for you as well! So, how do we accomplish that? With a small list of do’s and don’ts!
Do’s:
Choose a flattering outfit that hides your trouble areas
Add some accessories to add some pop and pizazz to your outfit
Choose solid-colored clothes or floral patterns that aren’t too busy
Don’ts:
Choose an outfit that clings to or exposes your trouble area
Choose loud colors like bright orange, red or pink
