A Summer Wedding at Vista 222 Winery
After a long drive down the freeway from Portland to Grants Pass and a few side roads, you take a sharp left-hand corner into a beautiful wide open valley full of vineyards as far as the eye can see.
I knew that Hannah and Colt had chosen an amazing place for their wedding day as I drove up to the winery Vista 222.
I arrived and I was scoping out the area for locations for the first look, bridal portraits, and family portraits!
Hannah and the girls were in a beautiful getting-ready space with large windows that were perfect for natural light photography! They had music playing, a charcuterie board, a cooler full of drinks, and lots of laughter.
The guys were down the way hanging out and having a few beers before the wedding festivities started.
I arrived and spent some time photographing the wedding details followed by candids of the girls and guys donning their wedding attire!
Hannah wanted to WOW her dad with her beautiful dress so I placed him for their first look. She did more than wow him because he was happy to see her and full of tears of joy! Such a beautiful moment!
Following that, it was Colt’s turn and he was over the moon to see Hannah for the first time on their wedding day!
We snuck off for wedding portraits and then got the bridal party together for some full wedding party photos.
It was a hot day so once all the portraits were done the wedding party hid in an air-conditioned room before the ceremony started!
All of their wedding guests arrived and headed to the ceremony location which had a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards and a large tree overhanging the area.
Hannah and Colt shared their wedding vows and then danced, hand-in-hand, with joy leaving the ceremony man and wife!
As the evening continued they had tacos served and cupcakes for all - yum.
Hannah and Colt invited everyone to the dance floor and partied later into the evening!
It was such a pleasure to spend the day with these two and capture their wedding day.
