The Wedding Booking Process
Step One: Get To Know Us!
The first step is to determine if we are the perfect fit for you! We will set up an online chat where you can meet us and we can meet you. If it turns out we were made to be then we can move onto the booking process . . .
We believe that every wedding is unique and that wedding photography is not one-size-fits all! We do not work with all Brides but make an effort to work with KHP Brides!
Step Two: Let’s Be Official!
This is so exciting! You and your fiancé were made to be a KHP Couple! Dates fill up fast so the next step is to get your date secure and booked for you. We will put together a custom online proposal and send it to you right away where you can review it and pay your deposit making us official!!! Now that you are officially a KHP Bride and Groom you are a part of our world which is so exciting!! It is time to get started!
Step Three: Your Engagement Session!
Yay! Now that you are booked we can schedule your engagement session. I am sure there may be some nerves about being in front of the lens but don’t worry we will teach you everything! Our goal is to bridge the gap between uncertainty to confidence in front of the lens! After the first 20-30 minutes you will feel comfortable, confident and most of all be having fun!! After your engagement session you will receive your very own online gallery where you can download your photos and print, post and share.
Step Four: Set Your Wedding Day Timeline!
Your wedding is only a few months away and it is time to make sure that we are completely prepared for your big day! We create a custom timeline just for you because we know that every single wedding day is unique. You know all those gorgeous photos you have been loving on since you got engaged? We are going to work with you to make it happen so you get all the dreamy photos that you hoped for!!
We are also masters in making a timeline that is photo-friendly and will help you all the way!!
Step Five: Wedding Day!
After all the planning and waiting your big day is finally here! You worry about enjoying yourself and let us get to work! The wedding day is our favorite part of the whole process because we get a glimpse into our couple’s world and meet your parents, good friends and family members!! We also love getting to spend more time getting to know you both during our portrait sessions! We aim to get photos of all the important parts of your day because we want you to be able to share and enjoy them!
Step Six: Your Gallery!
After your wedding day you will receive all your wedding images in an online gallery! We usually deliver more than we promise and you will get HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of gorgeous images that truly tells your wedding day story! We love to suggest that the both of you snuggle up on the couch and enjoy the gallery together!
We will send you some examples of wedding albums and prints for you to order if you desire!
