*A Sunny Engagement Session at Howell Territorial Park*

Myranda and JD are an amazing couple and shooting their engagement was so much fun! Getting to know my couples is my favorite part of an engagement session, and through some of our many conversations I found out that they have some very cute dogs! They also loved to retell the story of how JD proposed. Myranda simply glowed with joy every time she started talking about it! It was super cute, and they both remembered every detail of the glorious event!

I met Myranda and JD at Howell Territorial Park around sunset. They could not have picked a better location for their engagement shoot! Howell Territorial Park is a beautiful park on Sauvies’ Island, and a great place to get some awesome photos, especially this time of year! Between the brilliant sunset and the falling cherry blossoms, this shoot was simply gorgeous!

The weather was perfect, and the timing could not have been better! Golden hour always creates such wonderful glow around my couples and this shoot was no exception! Myranda and JD have a truly phenomenal relationship and you can tell that they are crazy about each other! They were so easy to photograph thanks to their love and chemistry; it came right through the camera!

Myranda and JD have planned their wedding for later this year! Their chosen venue sits on a large amount of property and with a big barn as the center point, surrounded by open fields! With theirs’ being a summer wedding, they couldn’t have picked a better location, and I’m definitely going to make the most of it!
