Darnell + Jason
To celebrate Darnell + Jason’s Engagement we strolled around the picturesque town of Edmonds, WA.
Darnell and Jason had one of the most fun engagements sessions I’ve had the pleasure of photographing!
When it came to selecting the perfection location for their session, these two said they wanted to walk the streets of their very own city, Edmonds, One of Washington’s most picturesque coastal towns.
Darnell and Jason met at a local pub in Edmonds and as their relationship blossomed the downtown of Edmonds offered them many evenings of entertainment and romantic moments that brought them closer and closer until Jason’s proposal.
Edmonds is an especially charming town around the holidays, and Darnell was interested in combining the ocean-side views of the distant Olympic mountains with the quaint buildings, murals, and Christmas lights of Edmond’s Main Street.
The best part of our session together was at the end when Darnell, who is a huge fan of “The Bachelorette,’ brought along a “final rose” to gift to Jason. It was such a fun, yet romantic moment.
These two have an epic wedding planned on Orcas Island in the San Juan’s next year before moving away from the Pacific Northwest in June.
